Our Event Spaces

Looking for the perfect space to host a party, corporate event or evening with friends?

We have four fantastic function spaces to meet your needs.

The Function Room

Capacity: 40 seated / 60 standing
£25 p/hr (members) | £35 p/hr (non-members)

The Function Room is a bright, flexible space designed to adapt to your event — whether it’s a networking breakfast, corporate training session, community gathering or a full-day workshop. The layout can be customised with different seating styles, and the space includes three comfortable sofas for informal breakout areas.

It also connects seamlessly with our Board Room, giving you the option to open both rooms into a larger single space or keep them separate for multi-purpose use.

The Board Room

Capacity: 12–14 people
£10 p/hr (members) | £15 p/hr (non-members)

Our brand-new Board Room is the perfect space for strategy meetings, committee planning, workshops, and collaborative sessions. With premium seating around a large central table, the room includes a 70” smart TV for presentations, plus built-in wired and wireless charging so everyone can stay connected.

It’s our most tech-friendly meeting space and ideal for professional groups looking for a polished, high-functioning environment.

The Lawn Room

Capacity: Up to 150 guests
£200 (members) | £350 with late licence (1am)
£250 (non-members) | £400 with late licence (1am)

Looking for the wow factor? The Lawn Room is our largest and most impressive space — perfect for milestone celebrations, family gatherings, school reunions, evening receptions and more. It features a private indoor area with a dance floor, optional seating layouts, and access to our licensed bar.

The room overlooks our stunning grass courts, offering a beautiful setting for photos and memorable occasions. While bar access remains open to club members during your event, the room itself provides the feel of a lively private venue.

The Meeting Room

Capacity: 6–8 people
£10 p/hr (members) | £15 p/hr (non-members)

Currently unavailable for hire – please enquire about the Board Room instead.

Ideal for smaller discussions, catch-ups, and private team meetings, The Meeting Room offers a quiet, professional setting with a large central table and a wall-mounted TV for presentations or video calls. Best suited to groups of up to eight looking for a focused and private environment.

Catering & Hospitality Add-Ons

Add a touch of hospitality to your booking with our flexible catering service — available with any of our hireable rooms. Whether you’re organising a working breakfast, a training session, a celebration, or a full-day conference, our in-house team can provide delicious food and drink tailored to your needs.

Once you’ve booked your space, just let us know your catering preferences. Our team will help you build a menu, schedule service times, and arrange everything for smooth delivery. All food is served in-room by our friendly team, timed to suit your event.
