Formal Notice as displayed on the Clubs noticeboard, giving 21 clear days’ notice as required by the Club’s articles of association. Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company/Club will be held (as allowed under the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020) on:

Tuesday April 16th 2024 at 8pm

1. In Memoriam
2. Apologies
3. To approve minutes of the AGM Wednesday 21 June 2023
4. Matters arising from the minutes of the 2023 AGM
5. Presentation of the 2023 Annual Report to Members
6. To receive and consider the Accounts for year ended 31st December 2023
7. To approve the revised subscription and entry fees for 2024/25
8. To consider the election of the members of the Executive Committee
9. Any Other Business

RESOLUTIONS

The Resolutions to be put to members and detailed on the attached proxy form are:

1. To approve the minutes of the 2023 AGM OF Wednesday 21 June 2023.
2. To approve the right to vote at a general meeting by off peak members
3. To approve the revised subscription and entry fees for 2024/25
4. To re elect members of the Executive Committee

ARTICLE 25 – VOTING RIGHTS

The right to vote at a general meeting of the Company/Club shall be confined to Life Members, Full Members, Fitness and Health Members and Social Members (who were Social members on or before 31st March 1974.)

ATTENDANCE & VOTING

Please use the attached proxy form to vote in advance of the meeting, or attend the meeting to vote on the night.
