Our aim is simple: to deliver simple, fresh, nutritious food freshly prepared on the premises from locally sourced produce, accompanied by friendly service from our in house team.

Our seasonal menu has been designed to offer flexibility and variety, with healthy options, comfort food and hearty dishes to refuel after a match or workout.

Food is served throughout the day in the Lawn Room. During the summer we often get the BBQ and wood fired pizza oven on the patio going.

A vibrant events calendar is on offer for the whole family.

Key events in the calendar include our Summer Ball, Club Championship Finals and our Awards Evenings for Tennis and Squash.

We also host regular quiz nights, games nights & other social events.

You may also hire The Lawn Room which can host up to 150 guests for a family or business event and a multimedia conference room for business meetings.

Our 9 grass courts offer a picture-perfect backdrop for your event while inside, the versatile function room can be tailored to your individual needs giving you the space and style you require.

From a summer party, a school ball, family gathering or a larger celebration – anniversary, special birthday, ceremony or funeral reception, our dedicated team will help you plan every small detail.

Versatile meeting spaces with the option to make use of the outstanding sporting facilities make the Northern a great choice for a corporate event with a difference. Our Events Team will help to tailor your event to your individual requirements in order for you to entertain clients or unite a team.

We offer competitively priced meeting room hire for up to 35 people. Whether it is a breakfast networking meeting, training workshop… right up to an all-day conference, The Lawn Room can accommodate you.

If you and your guests require catering, our catering team will be on hand. From sandwiches and lite bites to main meals and desserts… we have a range of menus to choose from, including gluten-free options.

You simply choose your food beforehand, give us a preferred time, and our waiting staff will bring the dishes in accordingly.
