There’s never been a studio class like it! … five instructors – a dozen different routines  – 150 + participants – glow-in-the-dark UV lighting …

Dance Like No One Is Watching will take place in the indoor tennis court on Friday 15th July from 7pm until your feet get tired. Tickets are £10 – just sign up at Reception – and EVERYONE is welcome. Bring your friends, neighbours, anyone you like, they don’t have to be members.

The Bar has a late licence and a buffet is being planned, depending on numbers. Plus there will be FREE coffee, thanks to WorkerBee (thanks Roger!)

WorkerBee have also donated a £50 voucher to the GRAND RAFFLE (tickets £1) Food Sorcery have contributed a £160 voucher (thankyou Mark S-M!), the Club is offering 5 x 1-month free membership vouchers and other brilliant prizes include coaching and PT sessions and a hair salon appointment. If YOU could donate a suitable raffle prize PLEASE let us know!

All funds raised will go to MacMillan Cancer Care and Maggie’s and the event  is being organised by Lisa P, Jayne F and Ruth S, all of whom have experienced the effects of cancer within their families.

“My wife Kayleigh is undergoing treatment at the moment and both MacMillan and Maggie’s have been an unbelievable help in finding our way through the multiple challenges of living with cancer,” said Lisa.

“And the Northern has been my refuge through it all – now I just want all my friends here to come down on the 15th and have a brilliant time.

“Oh – and they’ve got to wear something white or neon to make the most of the UV light – Glow Hard or Glow Home!!”
